The Co-founder will collaborate on strategic direction, brand positioning, and growth plans, while contributing capital to support product development, marketing, and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market data and financial projections, shaping sales and marketing strategies, and supporting product and brand decisions. The role also involves building partnerships, contributing to fundraising and investor relations, and helping establish operational processes and performance metrics. The Co-founder will work closely with the founding team to drive long-term vision, scalability, and sustainable growth.Qualifications Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret market trends, financial data, and performance metrics.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with founders, partners, and investors.Proven sales experience with the ability to build relationships, close deals, and support revenue growth.Marketing skills, including brand development, digital marketing, and growth strategy.Research skills to assess customer needs, competitive landscape, and product opportunities.Experience as a founder, co-founder, or senior leader in consumer products, beauty, or wellness is highly beneficial.Comfort with making investment decisions and participating actively in financial planning.Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.Background in business, marketing, finance, or related fields is an advantage, though equivalent experience is valued.
