Collection Officer

Job Location: Gulburg 2, LahoreJob Type: Full-Time, On-siteNo. of Positions: 10Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities & DutiesConduct outbound and inbound collection calls to delinquent customers, follow‑up on overdue accounts and urge repayment according to collection procedures.Communicate with delinquent customers to understand the reasons for payment delay, assess customer repayment willingness and repayment capacity.Negotiate feasible repayment plans with eligible customers, record negotiation details and monitor the execution of agreed repayment arrangements.Identify high‑risk accounts, escalate complex, difficult or high‑risk cases to supervisor in a timely manner with complete case information.Maintain accurate and timely updates of customer account information, call logs, communication records and collection notes in the internal system.Comply with regulatory requirements and company compliance policies, ensure all collection activities are conducted in legal and standard manner.Answer customer enquiries about arrears, interest and account status; resolve customer complaints and disputes related to overdue payment.Cooperate with cross‑department teams such as credit, customer service and legal team to support follow‑up handling of difficult collection cases.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
