Commercial Finance Specialist

Key responsibilities: - Pricing & Trade Spend Analytics: Calculate and analyze financial data to evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of business activities, projects, business decisions, promotional programs, and discount schemes.- Budgeting & Forecasting: Work closely with manager to establish sales targets, develop cash flow forecasts, and ensure effective budget planning and control of operating expenses.- Category P&L: Monitor, manage, and report profit and loss (P&L) performance across business activities, product lines, and distribution channels.- Reporting: Support the development of financial data and reporting templates to ensure timely and regular financial reporting for Manager.Job requirements:- Bachelor or higher degree in Finance/Accounting- 3+ years of experience in Finance- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions- Reporting and data analysis skill- System development skills, process building skills- Ability to work well under pressure- Skills: MS Office. Power BI, /Python is a plus.- English/Chinese language
