The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies, driving sales growth, managing customer and supplier relationships, and ensuring the project’s commercial success.Key Responsibilities* Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.* Manage sales operations, pricing strategies, and profit margins.* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, retailers, and key customers.* Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer demand within the food and meat industry.* Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure product availability and efficient business operations.* Monitor commercial performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.* Ensure compliance with relevant food industry regulations and quality standards.Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.* Proven experience in commercial management, sales management, or business development.* Experience in the food industry, meat processing, butchery, FMCG, or retail is highly preferred.* Strong negotiation, leadership, communication, and relationship-management skills.* Good understanding of pricing, profitability, sales forecasting, and market analysis.* Ability to develop commercial strategies and achieve business objectives.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.How to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates are invited to submit their CV through email with a subject Commercial Manager toKanyatco@kaainvestmentgroup.comJoin our team and contribute to building and growing a promising project in the food and meat industry.
