Commercial Manager

Role Description This is a part-time Commercial Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site presence and work-from-home flexibility. The Commercial Manager will oversee commercial operations, including contract negotiation and management with partners, providers, and vendors. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting business planning activities, analyzing commercial performance, preparing reports and forecasts, and identifying opportunities to improve revenue, cost efficiency, and service delivery. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams, supporting stakeholder relationships, and contributing to the development and implementation of commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess commercial performance, and support decision-making.Demonstrated experience in Commercial Management and Business Planning to drive sustainable growth and profitability.Proficiency in Contract Management, including drafting, reviewing, and overseeing agreements with external partners.Team Management capabilities to coordinate cross-functional activities and support collaborative working relationships.Knowledge of healthcare or insurance markets, ideally within the Middle East region, is highly beneficial.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional stakeholder relationships.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid, part-time setting.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
