The Golden Fibre Trade Centre Ltd. is looking for Commercial Manager (Export/ Import)Job Description / ResponsibilityPrepare and process export documents (Invoice, Packing List, EXP Form, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, etc.)Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing & forwarding (C&F) agents.Ensure timely shipment and compliance with buyer and country-specific requirements.Liaise with buyers regarding shipment schedules and export documentation.Handle import documentation including LC, PI, Bill of Entry, Insurance, and Shipping documents.Coordinate with banks for LC opening, amendment, and payment procedures.Ensure timely clearance of imported raw materials, machinery, and accessories.Monitor import costs, duties, VAT, and related charges.Prepare and review Letter of Credit (LC) applications.Ensure compliance with UCP 600 and bank requirements.Coordinate with banks for negotiation, acceptance, and retirement of documents.Ensure adherence to customs, VAT, bonded warehouse, and trade regulations.Maintain updated knowledge of export-import policies, HS codes, and tariff structures.Support audits and inspections by customs or regulatory authorities.Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with procurement, production, finance, and logistics teams.Maintain export-import records and MIS reports.Analyze shipment performance and recommend process improvements.Educational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in ManagementBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in ManagementPost Graduate Diploma (PGD) in SCMPGD in SCMSkills Required: Commercial/ Export-Import, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Handling Cash Incentive, Prepare Cash Incentive Related DocumentsExperience Requirements4 to 6 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Trading or Export/Import,Engineering FirmsAdditional RequirementsStrong knowledge of export-import procedures and documentationLC handling and banking coordinationCustoms and bonded warehouse regulationsCommunication and negotiation skills MS Excel, ERP, and documentation systemsProblem-solving and time management skillsJob LocationDhaka (DOHS Banani)
