As we grow, we are looking for a motivated Commis Chef II to join our kitchen team and build their career in a professional, fast-paced environment.About the RoleAs Commis Chef II, you will support the Chefs de Partie and senior kitchen team with food preparation, station setup and daily kitchen operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a cook in the early stages of their career to learn brunch and all-day dining from an experienced team and grow within the kitchen.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare ingredients for service, including washing, peeling, cutting, portioning and basic cookingComplete mise en place for your assigned section before every serviceFollow standardized recipes, portion sizes and plating guidelines accuratelyAssist the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie during busy brunch serviceLabel, date and store food correctly, and follow FIFO stock rotationMaintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards at all timesKeep your workstation, equipment and storage areas clean and organizedReceive deliveries and check items for quality and freshness when assignedReport any shortages, equipment issues or food safety concerns to senior chefsRotate between sections as needed to learn and support the kitchenRequirementsCurrently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid, transferable iqamaAble to join within 30 daysMinimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef, Kitchen Helper or Cook in a restaurant, café or hotelExperience in brunch restaurants, cafés or established F&B brands is a plusBasic knowledge of food preparation, knife skills and cooking methodsUnderstanding of food safety and hygiene practices (a food hygiene certificate is a plus)Willingness to learn, take direction and work as part of a teamBasic English communication skillsFlexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidaysCompensation and BenefitsMonthly salary: SAR 2,000 to 2,200 (based on experience)Accommodation providedTransportation providedMedical insuranceIqama transfer supportAnnual leave in line with Saudi Labor Law
