You will carry a monthly target for qualified leads and site visits and a quarterly target for awarded projects, agreed with you at the start, and you earn a commission on every project awarded through you. Full time, based at our office in King Fahd District, Riyadh, with daily client visits across the city.What you will doFind and bring in leads from your own contacts and from the field: clinics, offices, retail brands, villa owners, consultants, project managers, developers and landlordsVisit prospects, present Milaya's work and collect the project brief: scope, area, budget and timingPass clear requirements to our estimating team and arrange the site visitFollow up every quotation until award, and keep the client informed through the processReport weekly on leads, visits, quotations and awards against your target, in ExcelRepresent Milaya at project sites, events and supplier showroomsWhat we are looking forSaudi national, living in Riyadh, available to start immediately or within 30 days2 or more years in sales, ideally fit-out, contracting, real estate, furniture or building materialsYour own contacts in Riyadh who buy or specify fit-out, furniture or construction work, ready to approach in your first monthUsed to working to a sales targetArabic and English, written and spoken; comfortable in client meetings in bothGood Excel for lead and quotation trackingOwn car and valid Saudi driving licencePresentable, persistent, and honest about what we can and cannot deliverPackageSAR 4,000 per month all-inclusive, registered with GOSI, plus a commission on every project awarded through you.
