Commissioning Administrator

Job Title: Commissioning Administrator Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor, MalaysiaThis opportunity is based in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia and supports commissioning activities within the oil and gas sector.

The role focuses on commissioning coordination, system completion, handover documentation, stakeholder communication, and schedule support across inspections, testing, and project close-out activities. This position offers the chance to contribute to structured commissioning delivery in a technically demanding project environment.Required Experience:Minimum 3 years of working experience in commissioning works for onshore or offshore oil and gas facilities

Required Skills

Coordinate communication between commissioning managers, engineers, vendors, and project teamsArrange and coordinate meetings, workshops, inspections, and commissioning review sessionsSupport scheduling of meetings, appointments, inspections, and site activitiesPrepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes when requiredMaintain and update commissioning activity calendars and schedulesDistribute commissioning documentation, reports, procedures, and schedules to relevant personnelMaintain attendance records and workforce tracking for commissioning personnelProvide administrative support for system walkdowns, inspections, testing, and handover activitiesTrack action items, punch list status, and follow-up requirements from commissioning meetingsAssist in preparing progress reports, presentations, and commissioning status updatesMaintain system completion, mechanical completion, and handover dossiersTrack commissioning certificates, test records, punch list closures, and handover documentationSupport compilation of final turnover packages for client acceptance and project close-outEnsure commissioning records are complete, accurate, and available for final handover
