Location: Frankfurt, GermanySalary: €175,000 per annum + BenefitsSector: Hyperscale Data CentresEmployer: Leading General ContractorThe OpportunityWe are recruiting an experienced Commissioning Manager to join a leading General Contractor delivering major hyperscale data centre projects in Frankfurt, Germany.This is an excellent opportunity to take a senior role in the delivery of complex, mission-critical infrastructure, working alongside experienced construction and engineering teams on technically challenging projects.With a highly competitive €175,000 salary plus benefits, this position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of large-scale data centre developments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the commissioning process across all MEP systems on a major data centre project.Develop and implement commissioning strategies, programmes and execution plans.Coordinate commissioning activities between subcontractors, vendors, consultants and client representatives.Oversee electrical and mechanical testing, commissioning and integrated systems testing (IST).Ensure commissioning activities align with project milestones, quality standards and client requirements.Identify and resolve technical issues to minimise delays and ensure successful handover.Manage commissioning documentation, progress reporting and system acceptance.Work closely with construction, QA/QC and project management teams to ensure commissioning readiness.Drive a strong safety and quality culture throughout the commissioning lifecycle.RequirementsProven experience as a Commissioning Manager on large-scale data centre or mission-critical construction projects.Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical building services, including critical power, cooling and associated control systems.Experience managing commissioning activities for a General Contractor or specialist MEP contractor.Knowledge of commissioning stages, integrated systems testing and handover procedures.Strong leadership, coordination and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and commissioning workstreams.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Previous experience delivering hyperscale data centres is highly desirable.What's on Offer?€175,000 annual salary + benefitsOpportunity to work with an established General Contractor in the European data centre market.Involvement in technically complex, high-value hyperscale developments.Long-term career progression within the rapidly expanding mission-critical construction sector.Collaborative working environment with experienced international project teams.Interested?If you're an experienced Commissioning Manager with a background in data centre construction and are looking for your next opportunity in Frankfurt, we'd like to hear from you.Apply today or get in touch with Blue Fox Consult for a confidential discussion.The Hunt for High Performance Starts Here.
