Roles and Responsibilities

The Candidate will report to the Regional Commissioning Manager Lead. The primary responsibility for the candidate would be to oversee and manage commissioning program in various data center construction projects. Candidate would be responsible for the managing the Commissioning process from site selection process for vendor onboarding, organizing commissioning workshops, technical due diligence design review, developing commissioning strategy and plan, attending factory & site acceptance testing, technical issues resolution, commissioning close out and turn over process. The Candidate will create and /or maintain best safety, quality, testing and commissioning practices and update the Cx Process to develop a safe, quality, and cost-effective solutions. The candidate is responsible for the development of Commissioning Procedures and standards and making regular construction site inspections to review safety, construction, QA/QC, and commissioning process.The Candidate shall have effective communication skills and reports regularly on construction Progress, QA/QC, Commissioning progress, Issues, and KPI metrics to management. The candidate shall manage Cx meetings and Cx activities of vendor project managers including integration of lessons learned. The Candidate is accountable for developing, managing, and reporting on safety, scope, schedule, and budget of the Commissioning Process.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology or equivalent industry experience.Min 15 Years of total experience in Data Center Commissioning and Facility Maintenance and/or Operations.Min 10 years of commissioning experienceMin 5 years of commissioning management experience.Min 5-7 years of data center commissioning experience.Understand mechanical and electrical system commissioningHave good English communication skillPlease share your resume at sheetal.bhiwande@bureauveritas.com.
