The organization is committed to delivering measurable results that support future leadership development, digital transformation, and enhanced team collaboration.Role Description The Communication Skills Trainer will design and deliver engaging training sessions focused on communication, presentation, and soft skills for corporate participants. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, where the trainer will facilitate workshops, role-plays, and interactive activities that help learners build confidence and improve workplace communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating customized content and training materials, conducting pre- and post-training evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to participants. The trainer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to align training objectives with organizational goals, maintain training records, and continuously refine programs based on participant feedback and emerging industry trends.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Soft Skills for effective facilitation and learner engagement.Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills to deliver clear, impactful, and structured training sessions.Candidates should possess expertise in Training & Development to design curricula, manage sessions, and measure learning outcomes.Candidates should possess knowledge of Life Skills to help participants enhance professional behavior, resilience, and interpersonal effectiveness.Relevant skills such as curriculum design, workshop facilitation, and adult learning principles are beneficial.Experience in corporate training or L&D, particularly in communication and soft skills, is preferred.Strong English proficiency; additional regional language skills are an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; certification in training, L&D, or communication is a plus.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel occasionally for client assignments if required.
