Community Manager
Working from the office is mandatory.Compensation: 30,000 - 35,000About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Community Manager to grow and manage The Trusted Prop’s trader community across Twitter (X), Discord, our website forum, and community chats. You will lead daily conversations, support members, organise activities, and build relationships with traders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily community engagement across Twitter (X), Discord, our website forum, and community chats.Respond to comments, mentions, replies, and questions on Twitter (X).Start relevant conversations on X and engage with traders, creators, and prop firm accounts.Plan and host Twitter (X) Spaces, AMAs, polls, giveaways, and community discussions.Welcome new members and help them understand our platform.Answer questions and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve issues.Moderate spam, scams, and abusive content.Encourage members to share trading experiences, reviews, and feedback.Work with the content and marketing teams on community campaigns.Report recurring concerns and community feedback to management.Prepare weekly reports covering community growth, active members, X engagement, event participation, and response times.RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in community management.Hands-on experience managing Twitter (X), Discord, and online communities.Experience growing an audience on X through conversations, Spaces, and community activities.Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.Ability to handle complaints and disagreements calmly and professionally.Experience running community events and engagement campaigns.Understanding of trading, forex, futures, or prop firms is preferred.Willingness to work full-time from our office.How Success Will Be MeasuredGrowth in active community members.Growth in relevant X followers and meaningful engagement.Consistent participation in discussions, X Spaces, and events.Timely responses and follow-up on member concerns.Effective moderation and useful community feedback.How to ApplyInterested candidates can DM me or message me at 8483900304 with their CV and links to communities or Twitter (X) accounts they have managed.
