Accountant – Nursery Group

Location: Dubai, UAE (Multiple Locations)Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month Benefits: Company-sponsored visa and medical insuranceRequirement: Valid UAE driving licence and own car (mandatory)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced, organised and proactive Accountant to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of four companies within our nursery and education group.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts across all four entities, working closely with nursery managers, administrators and management to ensure accurate financial reporting, efficient financial processes and smooth daily accounting operations.This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can independently manage multiple company accounts while maintaining strong financial controls and supporting operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete day-to-day accounting functions for four companies within the group.Oversee invoicing, fee collections, payment tracking, receipts and outstanding balances.Work closely with nursery administrators to ensure accurate parent billing, payment reconciliation and timely follow-ups.Prepare and manage VAT calculations, returns and compliance with UAE tax regulations.Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.Handle bank reconciliations, supplier payments, petty cash and expense monitoring.Oversee payroll preparation, salary calculations and related financial records.Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, budgets and management summaries.Monitor operating expenses and identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency.Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks and relevant authorities when required.Ensure accounting procedures and internal financial controls are consistently maintained across all locations.Visit different nursery locations weekly to work alongside administrative teams, review financial records and support day-to-day operations.Provide management with accurate financial information to support business decisions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, corporate tax requirements and financial reporting.Experience managing accounts for multiple companies or branches.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with different administrative teams.Experience in the nursery, education or service sector will be an advantage.Valid UAE driving licence and own car are mandatory, as the role requires working from different locations on a weekly rotational basis.What We OfferCompetitive monthly salary of AED 8,000–10,000 based on experience and qualifications.Company-sponsored employment visa.Medical insurance.Opportunity to work with an established and growing nursery and education group.To Apply: Please submit your updated CV, current location, availability to join and salary expectations.manager@kindercastlenursery.comSubject: Application – Accountant (Nursery Group)
