With an international presence and a strong focus on growth, the business is looking to strengthen its Australian Compliance function.The RoleAn exciting opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a growing financial services business, supporting a broad range of regulatory and compliance responsibilities across its Australian operations.Key responsibilities include:Maintaining and enhancing compliance frameworks, policies and procedures.Monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring ongoing compliance with AFSL obligations.Supporting AML/CTF and financial crime compliance requirements.Conducting compliance monitoring, reviews and risk assessments.Providing practical regulatory advice and guidance to stakeholders across the business.Supporting regulatory reporting, audits and engagement with external authorities.Reviewing new products, services and business initiatives from a compliance perspective.About YouExperience in a Line 2 Compliance role within financial services.Strong understanding of Australian regulatory requirements and AFSL obligations.Exposure to AML/CTF and financial crime compliance.Experience across compliance monitoring, frameworks and regulatory change.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience within payments, funds management, institutional financial services, CFD, FX or broader financial markets will be highly regarded.What's on Offer$130,000-$150,000 + super + bonus.Flexible hybrid working arrangements.Opportunity to join an established global financial services organisation.Broad exposure to regulatory compliance and senior business stakeholders.By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
