About the CompanyStafmed is currently recruiting a highly experienced Consultant ENT Surgeon for an exciting full-time position with a leading hospital in the UAE.About the RoleWe are seeking a distinguished Consultant ENT Surgeon with extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, including complex medical and surgical cases.The successful candidate will provide advanced otolaryngology care, perform ENT surgical procedures, and contribute to delivering high-quality, patient-centred services within a progressive clinical environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of ear, nose, and throat conditions.Manage acute and chronic ENT disorders in adult and pediatric patients.Perform ENT surgical procedures, including endoscopic and other relevant interventions within the candidate’s area of expertise.Diagnose and manage conditions affecting hearing, balance, nasal and sinus function, voice, and swallowing.Evaluate and manage complex ENT cases requiring specialist or surgical intervention.Develop individualised, evidence-based treatment plans.Provide pre-operative assessments and post-operative care.Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, and other specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to clinical guidelines and patient safety standards.Participate in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiatives.Support medical education, training, and departmental development.QualificationsBoard certification or a recognised specialist qualification in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery (ENT).Recognised Tier 1 qualification, including ABMS, Canadian Royal College certification, UK CCT/CCST, or an equivalent recognised qualification, where applicable.Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience in ENT.Strong clinical and surgical experience in diagnosing and managing complex ENT conditions.Eligibility for Consultant-level licensing with DHA, DOH, or MOHAP, as applicable.Required SkillsComprehensive experience in Otolaryngology (ENT).Expertise in medical and surgical management of ear, nose, and throat conditions.Experience in endoscopic ENT procedures and relevant surgical interventions.Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.Excellent patient communication and counselling skills.Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.Commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuous quality improvement.CompensationAn attractive tax-free package will be offered based on qualifications, clinical expertise, and experience.
