Contracts & Tendering Officer

We are looking for an experienced Contracts & Tendering Officer to join our team.📍 Key Responsibilities:Monitor daily tender opportunities through the SAB platform and email notifications.Register, track, and manage tender opportunities using Odoo and the Tender Register.Coordinate pricing activities and obtain the required financial and administrative approvals.Prepare and submit tender documents, including Authorization Letters, Technical Undertakings, and Data Sheets.Participate in price negotiations and follow up on tender award results.Follow up on contract signing and ensure proper handover to the Procurement Planning team.✅ Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and tendering, preferably within the industrial sector.Experience handling tenders for government or semi-government entities, such as Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).Good knowledge of the SAB platform and Odoo system.📩 How to Apply:Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to apply through the following link:https://forms.gle/nzGvLuSL3TVEbBiw7Only shortlisted candidates who meet the required qualifications and experience will be contacted.#Hiring #JobOpportunity
