About the RoleYou will lead daily field operations across project sites in Libya, ensuring work runs on schedule and meets high-quality standards, while acting as the direct link between the field team and headquarters.Key ResponsibilitiesHQ Communication: Act as the main contact person for HQ, sending daily updates, field reports, and project metrics.Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks, monitor attendance, manage workloads, and keep the field team on schedule.Quality Control (QC): Audit site work against standards, spot errors early, and correct issues on the ground.Training: Onboard new staff, train team members on standard procedures, and mentor them to improve performance.Problem Solving: Handle daily site challenges, team issues, and local logistics quickly.RequirementsPriority will be given to candidates currently based in Libya, due to the nature of the fieldwork.2–4 years of experience supervising teams in the field.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Fluent in Arabic; good working English for HQ reporting.Readiness to travel to project sites as needed.
