Corporate Development Director

I am currently hiring a Corporate Development Director role based in Riyadh. Whilst the role will be initially remote working, the successful candidate will be supported in relocating to Saudi Arabia.The main responsibilities are:· Identify strategic business opportunities and growth initiatives to advance the Group’s portfolio· Manage company strategy and M&A initiatives from inception to completion, with a specific focus on the gaming industry· Oversee C-suite, Executive/Investment Committee, and Board presentations, reports, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and accuracy· Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance market positioning, operational efficiency, and revenue growth· Conduct in-depth industry analysis, including trends in gaming, streaming, content production, and digital transformation· Source and manage research and industry data to support market analysis and business developmentIf you have experience working on end-to-end deal execution in the media space and are looking for a move to Riyadh, then get in touch!
