Corporate Planning & EPMO Specialist

About the RoleWe are hiring an experienced Corporate Planning & EPMO Specialist to own how DTV plans, governs, and delivers its work. This role covers three areas: the annual corporate planning cycle, the Enterprise PMO (EPMO), and business process improvement.You will turn strategy into executable plans, govern the full portfolio of projects across all business units, and make the organization work more efficiently. You will work with leaders across every function, and your outputs will feed reporting to the executive team.What You Will DoCorporate PlanningLead the annual operating planning cycle, cascading the corporate strategy into business unit and departmental plans, initiatives, and targets.Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to align plans with budgets and procurement timeline.Run quarterly plan reviews and track execution against targets.Enterprise PMO (EPMO)Own and run the EPMO framework across all business units, including project governance, stage gates, templates, and reporting standards.Govern the full project portfolio, strategic and operational, including milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.Produce portfolio status reports and dashboards.Flag delays and risks early, and drive corrective actions with project owners.Build project management capability across teams through standards, guidance, and coaching.Business Process ImprovementMap, analyze, and redesign business processes to remove bottlenecks and increase efficiency.Develop and maintain procedures and SOPs with process owners.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and measure their impact.What You Will BringBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.5 to 7 years of experience in corporate planning, PMO or EPMO, business process improvement, or management consulting.Proven experience setting up or running a PMO and governing a multi-project portfolio across business units.Hands-on experience with annual planning cycles and cascading strategy into plans and targets.Hands-on experience with process mapping, process redesign, and writing procedures.Strong analytical and reporting skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.Experience presenting to senior management.Clear, confident written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.Certifications: PMP required. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is a plus.Nice to have: experience with project portfolio tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar), BI tools (Power BI or Tableau), and excellence frameworks such as EFQM.Who You AreStructured.
