Creative Lead – AI-First Design

The product, engineering and business teams are based in Pune.The roleLead visual creative across web, social, events and print, with an AI-first workflow. You will turn complex technical stories into clear, striking visuals for enterprise audiences and build reusable brand systems.What you will doCreate websites, social campaigns, print collateral, booth graphics and merchandiseUse generative AI tools (such as Midjourney and Runway) to create and refine assetsProduce 3D renders and motion content for campaigns and launchesBuild reusable brand frameworks, components and AI design workflowsWork with product marketing and sales on launches and enterprise collateralWho we are looking for4–8 years in graphic, brand or visual design with a strong portfolioFluent in AI-first design workflows and comfortable combining AI with no-code toolsRange across 2D, 3D, motion and print; strong typography, layout and compositionExperience building scalable brand systems; Figma proficiencyVideo generation and editing skills are a plus
