Job Opening | Credit Control Accountant – B2B HotelsOne of the companies within J Gulf Group is seeking an experienced Credit Control Accountant with a direct background in B2B hotel distribution and booking.Direct Credit Control experience with a B2B hotel wholesaler or a platform specialising in wholesale hotel distribution and bookings is essential.Work arrangement: Remote or on-siteKey Responsibilities* Manage client credit limits, payment terms, collections, and overdue accounts* Monitor outstanding balances and credit exposure across B2B accounts* Review supplier invoices against bookings, contracts, cancellations, and amendments* Manage client and supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies through to closure* Prepare receivables aging, collection, cash flow, and credit exposure reports* Identify overdue or high-risk accounts and take timely follow-up or escalation action* Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve account issues* Improve credit control, collection, and reconciliation procedures* Document payment commitments, approvals, disputes, and exceptionsRequirements* Direct Credit Control experience with a B2B hotel wholesaler or wholesale hotel distribution and booking platform* Experience managing international accounts and high transaction volumes* Understanding of hotel booking, invoicing, cancellation, amendment, and settlement cycles* Experience with credit limits, collections, receivables aging, and account reconciliation* Good command of English* Proficiency in Excel and financial or booking systems* Professional negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills* Ability to make timely decisions and escalate issues appropriately, with proper documentationPlease include details of your B2B hotel wholesaler experience, the size of the accounts you have managed, and your key collection or reconciliation results.
