Position SummaryThe Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages at an Auntie Anne’s/Cinnabon location inside Walmart. This role supports daily operations by maintaining product quality, following food safety standards, keeping the work area clean and organized, and creating a positive experience for every customer in a fast-paced retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, efficient service.Prepare and serve products according to established brand standards and procedures.Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process customer transactions accurately.Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene requirements.Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked workstations and service areas.Monitor product freshness, quality, and presentation throughout each shift.Assist with opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling as assigned.Work collaboratively with coworkers and management to support daily operational goals.Maintain reliable attendance, arrive on time, and follow assigned schedules and workplace policies.Complete required onboarding, job training, and applicable food safety certifications.QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills.Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail food service environment.Willingness to learn brand standards, food preparation procedures, and safety requirements.Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
