CRM Data Analyst

Must-Have Skills & ExperienceProven experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence.Strong proficiency in Domo Reporting or Power BI — building dashboards, creating reports and using Domo to share real-time business insights to internal and external.Experience with data preparation, cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy.Ability to translate business questions into clear data outputs.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.Desirable SkillsKnowledge of SQL or similar querying languages.Familiarity with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).Commercial awareness and understanding of customer needs.Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, update and maintain Domo dashboards and reports for key business areas and key clients.Define reporting standards for the business creating Standard and advanced reports as required.Develop and refine Domo reports to support deeper analysis and cross-team visibilityWork with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver timely, relevant data insights.Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies.Support the wider team with ad-hoc data queries and analysis.
