Curriculum Developer

Role Description The Curriculum Developer will design and refine learning content and structured training programs that support KR Design Studio’s internal development, onboarding, and specialized design education initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating course outlines, lesson plans, and learning materials; aligning content with studio standards, workflows, and tools; and collaborating with design leadership to translate practical project experience into clear, engaging learning modules. The role also involves reviewing and updating existing materials, integrating feedback from learners and managers, and ensuring content supports both creative and technical skill growth. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, requiring close collaboration with the studio team and direct observation of design processes.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design to create structured, outcomes-focused learning programs.Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to convey complex design concepts clearly and professionally.Candidates should possess solid Research skills to gather, analyze, and integrate best practices in design education and professional training.Experience designing curricula or training for creative industries, preferably architecture, interior design, or related fields.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adapt content to diverse learning styles.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline is preferred.Familiarity with learning technologies, presentation tools, and basic project management practices is an advantage.
