Position : Customer Service Specialist

Location: Dubai – Nad Al Hamar(Google Maps: Search for JAYS Cakes – Dubai)Salary: AED 3,500 - 4,000 (based on experience)We are looking for a professional and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of UAE experience and a strong background in customer service operations.

Requirements

2–3 years of relevant UAE experience in customer service.Excellent computer skills and the ability to work confidently with different systems and software.Excellent communication skills in English with Arabic or Tagalog.Strong customer handling, problem-solving and complaint-resolution skills.Ability to manage customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.Experience in the cakes, flowers, gifting or F&B industry will be an added advantage.A professional attitude, good coordination skills and the ability to work under pressure.
