Dairy Production Manager

About the RoleCrown Farms is looking for an experienced Dairy Production Manager to lead its dairy manufacturing and processing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, developing and manufacturing high-quality dairy products, and ensuring operational efficiency, food safety, product consistency, and commercial sustainability.This role requires a hands-on dairy manufacturing professional with proven experience in producing value-added dairy products, including specialty cheeses, kefir, yogurt, fermented dairy products, and other innovative dairy offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage day-to-day dairy manufacturing and processing operations.Plan and execute production schedules in line with business demand, sales forecasts, and delivery requirements.Oversee the production of cheese, kefir, yogurt, fermented dairy products, and other value-added dairy products.Drive recipe formulation, product development, production trials, and commercial scale-up.Ensure consistent product quality, taste, texture, shelf life, and batch specifications.Manage production teams, shift operations, manpower allocation, and production line efficiency.Monitor production yields, raw material utilization, operational costs, waste, and equipment performance.Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety, hygiene, and applicable regulatory standards.Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.Support new product launches, production readiness, and the introduction of innovative dairy products.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Dairy Science/Technology, Food Science/Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 8 years of experience in dairy or food manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a production supervisory or management position.Strong hands-on experience in dairy processing and manufacturing of cheese, kefir, yogurt, fermented dairy products, and other specialty dairy products.Demonstrated experience in recipe formulation, product development, and commercial production scale-up.Good technical knowledge of dairy processing technologies, production equipment, and manufacturing processes.Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000 standards.Proven ability to manage production teams, optimize yields, control costs, and improve operational performance.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.Interested in joining our team?If you have a strong background in dairy manufacturing and a passion for developing high-quality, value-added dairy products, we would like to hear from you.#Hiring #DairyProductionManager #DairyManufacturing #FoodProcessing #FoodManufacturing #DairyIndustry #ProductionManagement #FoodTechnology #UAEJobs #FujairahJobs #AlBaseerahDairy
