Role DescriptionWe are seeking technically skilled and detail-oriented professionals for the positions of Design Engineer / Network Engineer. These roles focus on technical design, system development, network infrastructure, performance optimization, and the implementation of reliable engineering solutions. Responsibilities include preparing design drawings, reviewing engineering calculations, evaluating materials and components, and developing practical solutions to technical challenges. You will collaborate with project teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate concepts into detailed designs and ensure that proposed solutions meet established performance and quality standards. Additional duties may include conducting design assessments, preparing technical documentation, performing simulations, reviewing design modifications, and supporting prototype testing where applicable. You will also help identify potential design risks, improve product functionality, and ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and safety requirements.As a Network Engineer, you will focus on designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure to support reliable connectivity and secure data communication. Responsibilities include configuring network devices, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and maintaining network availability. You will work closely with IT teams, system administrators, and cybersecurity professionals to support network operations and resolve technical incidents. Additional duties may include managing routers and switches, maintaining network documentation, supporting wireless infrastructure, implementing network security controls, and assisting with infrastructure upgrades. You will also contribute to capacity planning, performance monitoring, and the continuous improvement of network reliability and resilience.Both positions require accurate technical documentation, effective communication, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Successful candidates will contribute to effective engineering design, reliable network performance, efficient technical operations, and high-quality solutions while supporting organizational objectives and maintaining professional standards.QualificationsA degree or diploma in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical specifications, and systematic problem-solving.Familiarity with engineering drawings, design calculations, CAD software, or simulation tools is an advantage for Design Engineer roles.Knowledge of design validation, material selection, quality assurance, and relevant engineering standards.Understanding of computer networks, TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, and network troubleshooting.Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and network monitoring tools is beneficial for Network Engineer roles.Knowledge of network security, access controls, infrastructure configuration, and system reliability.Familiarity with technical reporting tools, network documentation, or engineering software is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technical documentation.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical teams.A proactive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning, technical quality, and operational improvement.
