Department: Performing ArtsSalary Range: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per monthBenefits & Perks: Free Food and AccommodationJob SummaryGD Goenka Public School, Aurangabad, seeks a creative, energetic, and passionate Dance Instructor to teach our students.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in dance, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to nurture students’ creativity, confidence, rhythm, and stage presence. The instructor will plan engaging dance lessons, prepare students for school functions, and encourage participation in cultural and extracurricular activities.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and conduct age-appropriate dance classes for students in Grades 1–10.Teach various dance forms, such as Indian classical, folk, Bollywood, contemporary, and Western dance.Develop students’ rhythm, coordination, flexibility, expression, and performance skills.Prepare students for annual functions, cultural celebrations, competitions, assemblies, and inter-school events.Choreograph group and solo performances for school programmes and special occasions.Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment during dance sessions.Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.Encourage teamwork, creativity, confidence, and appreciation of different dance forms.Coordinate with teachers and school management for event planning and rehearsals.Maintain appropriate records of attendance, participation, and student progress.Ensure the safe use and proper maintenance of the dance room, music equipment, and other resources.Qualifications & RequirementsProven practical knowledge of dance techniques, choreography, music, and movement.Strong communication, student engagement, and classroom management abilities.Creativity in designing engaging dance routines and performances.Patience, enthusiasm, discipline, and a student-friendly approach.Flexibility to support rehearsals and school events when required.Preferred Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or diploma in Dance, Performing Arts, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.Formal training or certification in one or more classical, folk, or modern dance forms.Prior experience teaching dance in a reputed school or educational institution.Demonstrated history of preparing students successfully for annual functions, cultural programmes, and competitive dance events.Note: Freshers with exceptional dance skills, relevant qualifications, and a deep passion for teaching are also welcome to apply.Benefits and PerksCompetitive Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month Accommodation & Meals: Free food and accommodation provided on-site/campus.Professional Growth: Opportunity to contribute significantly to students’ artistic and personal development in a premier educational environment.How to ApplyInterested and eligible candidates may share their updated resume along with relevant certificates and video links of past choreography/performances to:Email: hr@gdgoenkaaurangabad.comContact: 8271272763/ 7541811889
