Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data from various hospital sources and electronic health records. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to clinical and administrative teams. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify data needs and translate business requirements into analytical solutions. Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support patient outcome improvement initiatives. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by establishing effective monitoring and validation procedures. Communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders through visualizations and presentations. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics tools, techniques, and healthcare industry trends to continuously enhance data processes. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the Hospital & Health Care industry. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with healthcare data standards and electronic health records (EHR) systems. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to diverse audiences. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
