Data Analyst

Job Purpose:Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and improve overall performance. The role will transform data into meaningful insights.Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements.Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations.Identify trends, patterns, and insights within datasets.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.Perform data quality checks and resolve data discrepancies.Automate repetitive reports and data processes where possible.Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements.Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis or a related role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.Knowledge of SQL is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good attention to detail.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources.
