Collects and consolidates operational and commercial data from all available sources, develops dashboards to track individual and departmental performance, and generates actionable insights to support continuous improvement and inform decision-makingPrimary Responsibilities: Collect data from all available sources and build a comprehensive dataset for the Telehome departmentEnhance and maintain dashboards and establish other tools to holistically track departmental performance, including individual staff performance (clinical and non-clinical)Generate data-driven insights to solve ongoing operational challenges and drive continuous improvementPartner with Team Leaders & Coordinators to translate findings into defined improvement actions and tracks their outcomesProvide the analytical capability and capacity required as the department prepares for the ramp-up in home service referralsEscalate issues promptly and contribute to continuous improvement of the business unitSupplement service quality assessment of individual staff through field observationsPrepare agenda and analysis with clear actions and where required, lead weekly and monthly performance analysis with operational and clinical teamsPerform other professional duties requested from line managerEducation / Professional Qualifications:Education Degree: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics or a related fieldYears of Experience: 2 to 4 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance management, ideally including healthcare or operations environments. Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Analyst position.License (Clinical & Engineers professional are required): NoneProfessional Certification (Optional): Data analytics/BI certification (e.g., Power BI or equivalent) is a plusExpertise & Skills:Good command of oral and written English & ArabicStrong proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, pivot tables, and formula-based analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate raw operational data into actionable insightsExperience with data collection, cleaning, and dataset/database managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present data-driven findings to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholdersTime management skills, with the ability to manage multiple reporting and analysis requests concurrently
