Data Engineer

You will lead analytical projects, translate stakeholder requirements into actionable insights and mentor junior analysts, while helping establish high standards for data analysis, modelling and governance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex data analysis projects and deliver clear, actionable business insights.Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.Develop and implement data analysis, collection and reporting processes.Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.Build and optimise data pipelines and workflows using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.Develop meaningful KPIs, dashboards, reports and data visualisations.Maintain databases, data systems and robust data models.Establish standards for data quality, analysis and handling.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business requirements.Mentor junior data analysts and oversee the delivery of their projects.What We’re Looking ForStrong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks, including pipelines, workflows and clusters.Advanced SQL development, troubleshooting and performance optimisation skills.Strong data modelling and database experience.Expertise in Power BI, Tableau or comparable business intelligence platforms.Proficiency in statistical programming using Python and/or R.Experience developing KPIs and presenting complex data through compelling visualisations.Strong leadership, project-management and stakeholder-engagement capabilities.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Key TechnologiesAzure Data Factory | Azure Databricks | SQL | Python | R | Power BI | Tableau | Data Modelling | Data Visualisation | Data PipelinesInclusionAt Wipro, we don’t just look at your CV.
