Data Monetization Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Data Monetization Program Manager to join our team at Takamol Holding.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology project management and digital product delivery, with the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the delivery of multiple data monetization products and technology projects, ensuring alignment with agreed timelines, scope, and milestones.Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, milestones, and action trackers.Coordinate with product managers, software development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project progress, identify delays and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of issues.Track product delivery activities throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation and development to testing, launch, and operational handover.Lead project follow-up meetings, document key decisions, and ensure timely completion of action items.Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating critical matters when necessary.Coordinate cross-functional activities with technology, cybersecurity, data governance, legal, commercial, and integration teams.Monitor client integration and onboarding activities to ensure successful and timely product launches.Manage changes in project scope, requirements, and delivery timelines, ensuring proper communication with stakeholders.Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards covering progress, milestones, risks, and upcoming activities.Support product managers in release planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production readiness.Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 6 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Technology Project Delivery.At least 3 years of proven experience managing multiple technology or digital product delivery projects.Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, risk management, and issue resolution.Experience working with software development, product management, and integration teams.Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, UAT, and production deployment processes.Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project status reporting skills.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet delivery commitments.Preferred QualificationsExperience in API integrations, digital platforms, or data products.PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia#Hiring #DataMonetization #ProgramManager #ProjectManagement #DigitalTransformation #TechnologyJobs #TakamolHolding
