We are hiring for two key roles: an ML Data Platform Engineer to design and scale production infrastructure on Kubernetes, and a Data Platforms Team Lead to drive platform strategy and lead a team of engineers. Join a high-impact team shaping the future of enterprise data and AI.We are hiring for two opportunities within the Data Platforms team:ML Data Platform Engineer (Hands-on Platform Engineering)Data Platforms Team Lead (People Leadership + Platform Strategy)Track A: ML Data Platform EngineerWhat You'll OwnYou'll be responsible for designing, operating and continuously improving the core data and ML platform used by data engineers, data scientists and ML engineers across the organization.Key responsibilities include:Operating and optimizing large-scale data and ML platforms on KubernetesSupporting technologies such as Kafka, Spark, Airflow, MLflow and KServeBuilding highly reliable, secure and scalable platform servicesAutomating infrastructure and platform operations using Terraform, Helm and AnsibleTroubleshooting production issues and driving root-cause analysisSupporting AI/ML model training, deployment and serving workloadsEvaluating emerging technologies including LLM serving, vector databases and AI agentsWhat We're Looking For3+ years operating data or ML platforms in production environmentsStrong Linux and Kubernetes administration skillsHands-on experience with several technologies such as: Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Flink, MLflow, KServeExperience with Terraform, Helm, Ansible, Git and CI/CDPython and Shell scripting proficiencyGood understanding of data platform concepts, including streaming and batch processing, data lakes, feature stores, and data governanceNice to HaveLLM infrastructure or model serving experienceLangChain, vLLM, pgvectorCeph or object storage administrationIceberg / LakekeeperTrack B: Data Platforms Team LeadWhat You'll OwnThis role combines people leadership and platform ownership.
