Sustainability & Management Systems Associate

The RoleWe are hiring a Management Systems Auditor in Dubai to conduct third-party certification audits against ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001. You will also help build our ISO 20121 event sustainability certification service. The role suits a QHSE professional with audit or consulting experience who wants to grow into a qualified lead auditor.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Stage 1, Stage 2, surveillance and recertification audits against ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001, as a team member and progressively as lead auditor.Audit ISO 20121 event sustainability management systems and help develop the audit tools and checklists for the scheme.Prepare audit plans, audit reports and nonconformity records, and verify clients' corrective actions.Maintain audit records and management system documentation in line with Glocert procedures and ISO/IEC 17021-1 requirements.Assess client compliance with applicable UAE environmental, energy, and health and safety legal requirements.Support accreditation body assessments, including witnessed audits.Coordinate with clients on audit scheduling, findings and certification status.Qualifications and Required SkillsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Chemistry, Agriculture, or a related discipline.2-8 years of auditing or consulting experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 management systems.Working knowledge of environmental, energy, and occupational health and safety management, sustainability and compliance requirements.Experience conducting audits, writing audit reports and maintaining management system documentation.Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills.Good written and spoken English.Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools.Willingness to learn and work on sustainability management systems, including ISO 20121.Willingness to travel to client sites across the UAE.Added AdvantageLead Auditor course certificate (CQI/IRCA or Exemplar Global) in one or more of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or ISO 50001.Proficiency in Arabic, Hindi or Malayalam.Exposure to the events, hospitality, construction or facilities management sectors.Valid UAE driving licence.
