Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our construction team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting precise land measurements, preparing detailed maps, and collaborating with engineers and architects to support successful project execution. Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate land surveys using modern surveying equipment and techniques. - Prepare detailed reports, maps, and survey plans for construction projects. - Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure survey data supports design and construction requirements. - Verify legal boundaries and property lines to prevent disputes and facilitate project approvals. - Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments to ensure data accuracy. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards related to land measurement and documentation. - Analyze survey data and integrate it into project plans and GIS systems. - Provide onsite support during construction phases to address any land-related queries or adjustments. - Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably within the construction industry in the UAE or the Middle East. - Strong knowledge of surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and levels. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS software, and other relevant surveying or mapping tools. - Excellent understanding of local and national land laws, surveying standards, and safety regulations. - Highly precise with great attention to detail and strong analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. - Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
