Group HR Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group HR Director to lead the human resources function for one of our clients based in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving talent development across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the company’s growth and business goals. - Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to ensure excellent service delivery across all HR functions. - Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and maintain top talent - Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture that enhances productivity and morale. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and manage employee relations to resolve issues effectively. - Design and implement performance management systems, succession planning, and leadership development programs. - Collaborate with senior leadership to support organizational change and development. - Manage HR budgets and optimize resources efficiently. - Proven experience as an HR Director or similar senior HR leadership role - In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. - Strong strategic thinking and excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders. - Demonstrated track record of driving organizational change and developing high-performing teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-SCP or CIPD are highly desirable. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a proactive approach.
