- Produce photorealistic renders — lighting, materials, textures and styling for concept, pitch and final-approval visuals that match real finishes and dimensions.
- Deliver walkthroughs and animation — animated fly-throughs, 360° panoramas and VR/real-time views that let clients experience a space before it is built.
- Shoot project and brand video — plan and film site progress, completed projects, events, products and team content, including timelapse, gimbal and drone footage where permitted.
- Edit and post-produce — cut, colour grade, add sound, captions and music, and composite renders with live footage to a consistent brand look.
- Create motion graphics — animated titles, logo stings, infographics and explainer content for campaigns, presentations and social channels.
- Produce social-first content — reels, short-form videos, before/after clips and carousels sized and optimised for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
- Support pitches and presentations — work with designers and the sales team to produce visuals, mood boards and presentation videos that win client approvals.
- Manage revisions and timelines — plan render and edit schedules, handle client and designer feedback quickly, and deliver on agreed deadlines.
- Maintain the asset library — organise models, materials, textures, footage, music licences and final files so work is easy to find and reuse.
- Manage freelancers and suppliers — render farms, photographers, voice-over artists and freelance animators when needed, while retaining direct ownership of quality.
- Minimum 3+ years in 3D visualization and video production, ideally with an interior design, fit-out, exhibition, real estate or creative agency. UAE experience is preferred.
- Must be able to show renders, walkthroughs and videos personally created, and explain the software used, the brief and the time taken from model to final output.
- Evidence of photorealistic interior/exterior renders and edited video content that has been used in client approvals, campaigns or social media.
- Able to turn around concept renders within a few working days and manage several projects and revision rounds at once without losing quality.
- Hands-on, creative, organised and detail-oriented; comfortable taking feedback and executing personally—not only briefing or supervising others.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Animation, Multimedia, Film or a related discipline; relevant software certifications are an advantage.
- Good professional English required; Arabic is an advantage.
- UAE driving licence preferred (site visits and shoots).
