Project Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic building construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing engineering aspects of our construction projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timeliness while adhering to industry standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate engineering activities throughout project life cycles in construction projects. - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure designs meet technical specifications and quality standards. - Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on project status, resource allocation, and timelines. - Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and design specifications. - Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate project delays. - Manage procurement of materials and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of resources. - Assist in budgeting, cost estimation, and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints. - Support problem-solving related to technical aspects of construction and engineering challenges. - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering within the building construction industry. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in the UAE. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Proficient in using engineering software and MS Office applications. - Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. - Good communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
