Site Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to oversee construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure that site operations run smoothly and comply with safety and quality standards, while coordinating effectively with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site activities and ensure project timelines are met. - Supervise construction processes to guarantee quality and safety standards are upheld. - Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. - Inspect work progress and prepare detailed reports for management. - Resolve any issues or delays encountered during the project. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety policies. - Collaborate with design teams to interpret and implement plans accurately. - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects. - Minimum 2 years of experience in high-rise building projects is required; experience with a main contractor is preferred. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety standards. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. - Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams. - Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
