The RoleAs a Data Scientist, you will:Build and refine predictive models, including propensity and customer behaviour modelsWork closely with clients to understand business problems and define analytical approachesLead and contribute to data discovery sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter expertsAnalyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunitiesPresent findings, recommendations and model outputs to both technical and non-technical audiencesPrototype and test new analytical approaches using modern data science tools and techniquesContribute to the optimisation and ongoing improvement of deployed modelsSupport the development of scalable data products and analytical solutionsYour Skills & ExperienceStrong commercial experience using Python and SQLExperience building, training and improving machine learning or predictive modelsAbility to analyse complex datasets and translate findings into business insightDatabricks experience would be highly advantageousExperience working with large transactional, behavioural or customer datasetsConsulting, agency or client-facing analytics experience is beneficialStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences Desired Skills and ExperiencePython, SQL
