Data Scientist / Data Visualization AnalystRole DescriptionWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Scientist / Data Visualization Analyst to collect, process, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support business decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing analytical models, identifying data trends, creating interactive dashboards, and transforming raw data into meaningful insights. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate complex findings through clear and effective visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, process, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.Develop statistical models, predictive algorithms, and data-driven solutions to address business challenges.Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and business opportunities.Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.Use visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to present analytical findings.Apply statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and data mining approaches to extract valuable insights.Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs).Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable recommendations.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, quality, and integrity throughout the analysis process.Monitor dashboard performance and maintain reliable reporting solutions.Identify opportunities to improve data workflows, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities.Prepare technical documentation and present findings to relevant stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, and data interpretation.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases and data management.Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.Understanding of machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and data mining techniques.Knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, and ETL processes.Familiarity with data warehouses, cloud-based data platforms, and business intelligence solutions.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex datasets.Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.Ability to work collaboratively, manage priorities, and adapt to changing business requirements.Interest in emerging data technologies, analytical methodologies, and continuous professional development.
