Location: Jeddah, KSAWe are looking for a BI Developer to build ITSM reporting and analytics on Power BI.

You will integrate data from service management platforms (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests, Assets, CMDB, Availability), design data models, and build interactive dashboards for IT managers, service desk teams, and executives. The role includes scheduled refreshes, role-based access, UAT support, go-live, and documentation/knowledge transfer.Key skills: Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, RLS), ITSM tools and data (SMAX preferred, ServiceNow/Remedy a plus), ITIL processes and SLA metrics, SQL/API-based data integration.
