Operations Manager

Job PurposeOversee the execution of the operational strategy across Barn’s branches , ensuring operational targets and standards are met in service, quality, efficiency, and customer experience. The role leads regional teams and aligns cross-functional efforts to drive effective and sustainable operations.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute operational plans and strategies approved by senior management.Lead and guide Operations Teams to achieve performance targets.Monitor operational KPIs, analyze results, and report to management.Improve operational efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Procurement, Training, and Expansion to ensure integrated execution.Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures across all branches.Lead new branch openings and ensure operational readiness.Support capability-building and field leadership development programs.Resolve day-to-day operational challenges and drive proactive solutions.Represent the Operations function in meetings and periodic reporting.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Executive Master’s or MBA preferred).8+ years of experience in operations management, including at least 3 years directly supervising regional or field teams in Retail or F&B.Fluency in Arabic and English.Strong leadership, performance management, and analytical thinking skills.Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities.Proven ability to manage crises and operational challenges.
