Title: HR Manager

Location: JeddahKey Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with company objectives and applicable labor laws.Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including manpower planning, job postings, interviews, and onboardingOversee employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.Manage employee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and annual salary reviews.Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave, and employment documentation.Monitor compliance with labor laws, company policies, employment contracts, and regulatory requirements.Coordinate employee performance management, appraisals, training, and development programs.Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.Manage HR reporting, headcount analysis, turnover rates, absenteeism, and other key HR metrics.Coordinate visa processing, work permits, residency permits, and employee mobilization in collaboration with relevant departments, where applicable.Provide HR guidance and support to management and department heads on staffing, employee performance, and organizational matters.Supervise the HR team, allocate responsibilities, and monitor departmental performance.Support organizational development, change management, and continuous improvement of HR processes.If you qualify Apply!
