Delivery Director – AI Solutions & Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Director – AI Solutions & Transformation to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI initiatives, ensuring successful implementation, scalability, quality, and measurable business outcomes. This role requires a combination of strategic delivery leadership, AI program management, technical understanding, client engagement, and operational excellence.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex technology delivery portfolios, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering AI-powered solutions from strategy and proof of concept through production deployment and ongoing optimization. Experience with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), agentic AI, machine learning, and enterprise AI platforms is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Delivery & Program LeadershipOwn end-to-end delivery of AI and Generative AI programs, from discovery and solution design through development, deployment, and production support.Establish delivery plans, milestones, budgets, resource allocation, governance structures, and success metrics.Manage multiple AI projects and delivery teams concurrently, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are met.Oversee AI proof of concepts, pilots, MVPs, and enterprise-scale implementations, ensuring successful transition into production.Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, implementing mitigation plans proactively.AI Solutions & Technical OversightLead the delivery of AI solutions involving Generative AI, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, machine learning, and intelligent automation.Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, architects, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, privacy, governance, responsible AI, performance, and reliability.Oversee integration of AI capabilities with enterprise applications, data platforms, APIs, and cloud environments.Drive best practices for model evaluation, testing, monitoring, observability, and continuous improvement.Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as a senior delivery partner for clients and executive stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and delivery updates.Translate business objectives into AI roadmaps, delivery strategies, and measurable outcomes.Manage expectations, resolve escalations, and maintain strong client relationships.Identify opportunities to expand AI engagements and support account growth through successful delivery.Communicate technical concepts, delivery risks, and business value clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.People & Resource ManagementLead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across AI engineering, data science, cloud engineering, architecture, and product delivery.Build high-performing teams and establish clear ownership, accountability, and performance expectations.Manage resource planning, capacity, utilization, staffing requirements, and delivery productivity.Promote collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation across delivery teams.Delivery Governance & Operational ExcellenceEstablish delivery frameworks, governance processes, quality standards, and executive reporting mechanisms.Monitor project financials, budgets, margins, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs.Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data privacy, regulatory, and responsible AI requirements.Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, engineering practices, and operational processes.Develop reusable delivery frameworks, accelerators, and best practices to improve efficiency and time to value.Required Qualifications12+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, consulting, or enterprise solution implementation.Proven experience leading complex technology programs and managing multiple delivery teams.Demonstrated experience delivering AI, machine learning, Generative AI, or data-driven solutions into production.Strong understanding of the AI solution lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, integration, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.Experience managing senior client stakeholders, executive communications, escalations, and delivery governance.Strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and delivery performance tracking.Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other enterprise delivery methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.ABOUT BRICKRED SYSTEMSBrickRed Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology consulting and workforce solutions, specializing in delivering high-quality talent across digital, engineering, marketing, analytics, finance, operations, and business transformation domains.
