The company is committed to building a sustainable, successful, and continuously improving business model in the medical devices sector.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Driver role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting orthopedic implants and medical supplies safely and efficiently to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. Daily tasks include loading and unloading products, verifying delivery documentation, maintaining delivery schedules, and ensuring proper handling of sensitive medical items. The role also involves basic vehicle upkeep, adherence to local traffic and safety regulations, and clear communication with warehouse staff, sales teams, and customers. The Delivery Driver will help present a professional company image by providing courteous service and timely deliveries.Qualifications Customer Service: Ability to interact professionally with healthcare providers and internal teams, respond to delivery inquiries, and support a positive client experience.Forklift Operation: Experience or willingness to be trained in safe forklift use and warehouse handling of medical products.Training & Sales: Capacity to receive and apply on-the-job training; basic understanding of sales support, such as coordinating deliveries with sales orders.Food & Beverage: Experience in fast-paced service environments, demonstrating time management, reliability, and attention to hygiene and safety, transferable to medical product handling.Valid UAE or transferable driving license with a clean driving record and familiarity with Dubai routes.Strong attention to detail in checking delivery notes, product labels, and documentation.Physical ability to lift, move, and secure packages, including occasional heavy items.Basic English communication skills; additional languages used in the region are an advantage.Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or medical product distribution is beneficial.Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
