Al Bustan Holding Group manages multiple multispecialty clinics, providing accessible healthcare services to diverse communities and supporting its mission to positively impact the healthcare landscape across the UAE.Role Description The Dental Nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centered care within Al Bustan Holding Group’s clinical settings, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments, assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role involves supporting patient education, promoting safety and infection control, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi, requiring flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet patient care demands.QualificationsValid Registered Nurse / Dental Assistant license from DOH.Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Proficiency in core clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and basic life support.Strong skills in patient communication, education, and advocacy, with the ability to work effectively with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating professionalism, ethics, and respect for colleagues and patients.Competence in maintaining accurate documentation, using electronic medical records, and following clinical protocols and infection control standards.Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple patients and tasks safely.Previous experience in outpatient clinics, dentistry-related settings, or general medicine environments is an advantage.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is beneficial.Willingness to participate in continuous professional development and training in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.
