The Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and a range of restorative and preventive procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing clinical treatments, discussing options with patients, maintaining accurate clinical records, and collaborating with dental assistants and support staff to deliver efficient, high-quality care. The role also involves promoting oral health education, adhering to infection control and safety protocols, and contributing to a positive, respectful practice culture.Qualifications Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Dentist with the appropriate dental board in Australia.Demonstrated clinical competence in general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, and basic cosmetic procedures.Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build trust.Commitment to high standards of infection control, safety, and ethical practice.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.Attention to detail and a focus on delivering consistent, quality outcomes for patients.Willingness to engage in continuing professional development and stay current with advances in dentistry.Experience in private practice or similar clinical setting is an advantage.
